Being new to cameras I decided to go with the less expensive option. I'm really glad I did! The b500 has a great zoom, 40x, and very easy controls, super user friendly.

Love the camera but disappointed in the wi-fi bluetooth capabilityI purchased this camera because I had an old Nikon Coolpix and loved it. Figured the new technology would be awesome. The camera takes great pictures and its easy to use BUT the Snapbridge is a huge disappointment.

I tried to connect the camera to my iPhone and it says the firmware needs to be updated. I go on the appropriate website and it says it wont be released until September! (it's September). Now I see reviews that looks like back in May it should have been up and running. Iscouraged by this!

When you buy something like this you expect for everything to be current and up and running with no glitches! What's going on Nikon????
